She heads initiatives for a broad range of multinational clients, focusing primarily on CEO relevant topics and on global projects, normally carried out for the headquarters. She has worked for 15+ years as a consultant for major pharmaceutical and consumer goods companies.

She operates in multiple geographies, having run projects in 20+ countries around the world.
Gilda has worked for more than 15 years with major international consulting companies, including the Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), Bain & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. For the Monitor Group, she held European client responsibilities, overlooking multiple global teams and serving large-sized corporations at both headquarters and country level. Additionally, she has overseen the management of Monitor Group’s Italian office.
