Tom Hamza has been helping companies implement structural, organizational and process changes for over 20 years. His experience as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney and Deloitte Consulting spanned financial services and automotive industries, where he helped Fortune 500 companies implement operational and cultural change including new incentive systems, accountability structures and job responsibilities.
His industry experience in the loyalty and home services industry has honed his change management skills by giving him experience running CM projects as an executive responsible for the final outcome.
He has also been part of the management team that took a start-up to the public markets in 3 years and has helped played an executive role at Canada’s largest market regulator.
Tom received his M.B.A. from the Ivey School of Business.
